Our client, a leading manufacturer of premium consumer good products, is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to develop and grow a significant new partnership with a major e-commerce retailer. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage and expand a newly launched route to market. This is a hybrid working role with an expectation of approximately 3 days a week in the office.
Location: Surrey with some travel (10%)
THE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage and develop a new omnichannel business segment with a major retailer.
- Build strong relationships across the customer organization to grow the sales channel.
- Work with category managers to manage forecasting, launch products, and support promotions.
- Coordinate across internal departments including supply chain, marketing, and sales.
- Manage forecasting, stock management, and product launches.
- Oversee online assets including product setup, images, and marketing tools.
THE IDEAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- 3+ years' experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Executive, or Asset Manager.
- Solid experience working with a major omnichannel retailer.
- Essential e-commerce experience and ability to manage large product ranges online.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven customer engagement abilities.
- Experience in marketing, trading, and program/project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
