Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + car allowance

Commission: 1.5% on anything exceeding the projection baseline of your allocated accounts

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Key Account Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on retention, engagement, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for client engagement and retention. You will conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders, either through in-person meetings or Teams calls. A key part of the role is introducing new products, solutions, and legislative updates, ensuring clients stay informed. You will work across multiple departments internally and externally to strengthen client relationships, reduce leakage, and maintain service levels.

Driving sales growth is a crucial part of the role. You will perform GAP analysis to identify new opportunities within accounts and increase the adoption of branded products to enhance margins and standardise our product range. Securing and renewing contract agreements with current customers will be essential to improving long-term client retention.

Your performance will be measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Weekly, you will have 40 meaningful sales interactions—20 with Decision Makers and 20 with Non-Decision Makers. Monthly, you will be expected to obtain one referral and conduct 12 QBRs. Quarterly, your focus will be on achieving customer retention targets and driving revenue growth from your allocated accounts.

Collaboration and teamwork are key to success in this role. You will work closely with a Customer Success Executive (CSE), who will support you in pre-order operations such as pricing, logo setup, and reporting. Your CSE will act as your dedicated account support partner. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Uniform & Safety Consultant (BDM) to identify new opportunities and drive business expansion within your accounts.
