As the Key Account Manager, you will optimise market share, revenue, and margin, focusing on strategic distribution to deliver tangible results. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities, representing a globally recognised brand, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication with internal teams. What You’ll Do:
- Manage the wholesale plan for national accounts, driving market share, revenue, and margins through segmented distribution.
- Meet sales and administration deadlines, while managing day-to-day aspects of the order book to achieve targets.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and develop tailored growth plans with key customers.
- Represent the brand’s messaging to customers, ensuring a consistent global image.
- Oversee customer relationships, working with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and high levels of engagement.
- Control relevant costs to maximise contribution and profitability.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on product, merchandising, marketing, and sales objectives.
- Contribute to the wider wholesale strategy by representing national accounts and consignment clients.
- Lead the Wholesale Administrator to ensure efficient operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail, apparel, or fashion industry experience.
- Knowledge of national/consignment accounts markets and competition.
- Strong understanding of wholesale business, sales cycles, and processes.
- Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to drive growth and maximise profitability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience using order processing systems.
- Proven success in managing a sales area and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Expertise in negotiating commercial deals and growing market share through distribution channels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
- A natural influencer, capable of building relationships at all levels of the business.
