Are you a Key Account Manager looking to join a dynamic business and contribute to the mission of making life good through innovative home solutions. This role offers the opportunity to manage and develop promotional business plans with a dedicated channel group of partners.

Day-to-day tasks of the role:
  • Identify and develop revenue streams through the Independent, Buying Groups, and Hybrid Online retailer channel.
  • Formulate and agree on Joint Business Plans aligned with sales targets and KPIs for all customers.
  • Plan and execute account activities including effective product displays, promotional plans, store merchandising, staff training programmes, and sales incentives.
  • Develop strong customer relationships across commercial, buying, supply chain, store support, and operations functions.
  • Negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities, ensuring they are recorded and implemented according to company guidelines.
  • Monitor customer engagement through accurate forecasting, sales in and sales out information, budgetary control, and general cost management.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sales Admin to ensure timely and smooth customer deliveries.
  • Achieve sales forecasts and targets while maintaining up-to-date records and reporting all business aspects to the Channel Head/Sales Director and other relevant departments.
  • Provide weekly market intelligence on own customer base and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree level education is desirable.
  • Proven track record of sales experience and success.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Experience working within a performance management environment, familiar with KPIs and Service Level Agreements.
  • Ability to be flexible and develop quality, customer-focused targets and service.
  • Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilient, with the ability to drive issues through to a successful customer-focused solution.
  • Good judgement and practical decision-making skills within the scope of responsibility.
  • Comfortable generating operational ideas and solutions, and delivering and implementing action plans.
