KEYHOLDER, OUTLET STORE

ABOUT:

• Established fashion brand with a focus on WRTW & Accessories.
• Opportunity to join a well know, premium/lux brand within their outlet store.
• Entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate group of people.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Provide the best experience and customer service.
• Keyholder duties including opening/closing of store when needed.
• Continually improve product knowledge and research products online.
• Be confident in navigating the customer, suggesting alternatives and fulfilling their product requests with speed and efficiency.
• Be confident in building organic and long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Confident with styling, outfit building and recommendations.
• Process transactions and refunds confidently.
• Maintaining store visual merchandising standards.
• Replenishing stock and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Excellent communication skills.
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, and some holidays.
• A genuine passion for fashion and providing outstanding customer service

• Competitive salary up to $20 per hour
• 2% Commission based role with great earning potential.
