### Description**About The Role** We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager __ to join the Butlins Team based inBognor Regis.__ We truly believe that variety is the spice of life and in this role you’llhave the opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in one of ourfantastic food venues. A Butlin’s resort is the home of getting stuck in andno trip to the seaside would be complete without great food and we offer thisto every guest, every time in our restaurants. Working in one of our guests favourite places to dine, being a KitchenManager you will be leading a team of up to 20 chefs and kitchen porters,taking part in all aspects of team from recruitment, training, development andretention for the team. You will be accountable for stocktakes, rosters,timesheets, health & safety compliance and food safety compliance for thekitchen you lead and form a close working relationship with the Venue Managerand front of house team to provide an all-round service. You will support candidates on our in-house Chef Academy Development programand attend workshops and training where required. The role is part of theRestaurants department and there may be times that you support other kitchenteams and take part in our event work should a conference take place onresort.### About YouWe are looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role withina volume restaurant environment. You will need to be hard working and determined, a reliable person who likesto get things done and who will look for better ways for the team toconsistently deliver our brand standards. We are looking for candidates who are energetic and enthusiastic, highspirited and fun loving and who will understand their role and the value theycan add to the guest experience by unleashing the potential of the team. You should have also passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and beconfident in leading a team to continually deliver high standards in a fastpaced and busy kitchen environment. As with any chef role at this level, you will also be responsible for managingmargins and controlling costs and all things health, safety and hygienerelated.
