Knowledge Systems Specialist - HighQ / Contract Express
An international law firm that is headquartered in London has an opportunity for Knowledge Systems professional to join a growing team and play a key role in the support, administration and development of some key KM platforms which includes HighQ Collaborate, Contract Express and a range of other systems. This is a role that would be well-suited to a Knowledge or Information professional that has some exposure to KM systems and is seeking the opportunity to refine their existing skills or to become more specialised in this arena.
The primary objectives and responsibilities in this Knowledge Systems Specialist role include, but are not limited to:
- Administration, support and development of the firms HighQ collaboration platform
- Document Automation including automating, modifying and updating templates in Contract Express
- Assuming the role of an SME with both HighQ and Contract Express
- Supporting the development of governance and process for Contract Express and HighQ
- Undertaking system testing for new KM products, upgrades and as part of a programme of continuous improvement for users
- The creation of reports and dashboards to monitor usage, engagement and ROI aligned to the firms KM systems
- Supporting on KM aligned systems projects
To be a suitable candidate for this role, the following skills and experience are required:
- Previous experience with or exposure to Contract Express and HighQ ideally to at least an administrative level
- A deep understanding of the role of KM and KM systems with a complex legal or professional services setting
- Strong technology and IT systems skills. You will ideally be a person that enjoys the challenge of learning and mastering unfamiliar technology and products
- Highly developed stakeholder management, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and documentation skills
- An intellectually curious and process-driven mindset
- The ability to work on concurrent projects and to manage conflicting priorities
- A relevant qualification would be extremely beneficial but candidates qualified by experience will be equally considered
