My client based in Wokingham is looking for an agents with the following languages Polish,Italian, French, German and Japanese as a Customer Service Agent with this exciting new Global campaign. This is fully remote. We are looking for candidates who have got strong experience in providing solutions to customers, managing the deliverables of campaigns, managing relationships with customers and excellent Microsoft Office ability particularly Outlook.
The role is homebased and is paying £12.50ph-£13.50ph + holiday pay and will entail responding to emails and telephone calls from customers who will have received notification regarding the recall product. The start date is yet to be confirmed. Customers will communicate with you on this recall campaign by email and telephone and you will be trained on how to answer the queries. It is a busy and fast-moving campaign and will continue for around 1 to 3 months and you should be available for that period.
Daily Duties
Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
Answering Email and calls in a timely and efficient manner
Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format
To liaise with customers as part of the project co-ordination processes
Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
Requirements
Visibility of having worked in a customer service role previously
Calm and patient manner
Competent in all aspects of MS Office packages specifically Outlook
Developed communication skills, including written, spoken.
A conscientious work ethic and strong understanding of meeting and achieving deadlines
