KS1-2 SEN LSA (x2)Location: Somerset (Near Highbridge)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:15 PMContract: January to July

This role involves floating across the school to provide 1:1 and small group support to KS1 and KS2 students. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering targeted interventions for students with diverse learning needs.

• Supporting individual students in managing behavioral and learning challenges.

• Collaborating with classroom teachers to design and implement personalized learning plans.

• Helping students engage fully in classroom activities and fostering their confidence.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

• Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
