An exciting teaching opportunity awaits at a welcoming and supportive school in Romford. They are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Teachers to join their team. 

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, ensuring all children reach their full potential.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and well-being.
• Set high expectations for behaviour and achievement, following the school’s policies.
• Encourage a growth mindset and a love for learning in your pupils.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children’s development.
• Engage in CPD opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching Year 1 or similar primary education levels.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• For leadership roles: Experience in leading a team or curriculum area is desirable.
