KS2 SEND Intervention Teaching Assistant - Vocational Recruitment : Job Details

Location: HounslowHours: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM

• Deliver Targeted Interventions: Support children across KS2, primarily in Upper KS2, by delivering tailored learning interventions linked to their EHCP/IEP targets.
• Work Independently: While you will be line-managed by the SENCO, you must be confident in preparing resources, delivering interventions, and evaluating outcomes on your own.
• Collaborate Effectively: Liaise closely with teaching staff and senior leaders, providing regular feedback on student progress.

• Experience: You must have prior experience in a similar role, with the ability to hit the ground running.
• Qualifications: Preferable but not essential—your experience and expertise are what matter most!
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you’ll be working closely with students, staff, and senior leadership.
