Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum- Provide individualised support to students to enhance their learning experience- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using appropriate behaviour management strategies- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues- Utilise various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure educational goals are met
Qualifications:- Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification- Experience in teaching Special Education Needs (SEN) students is advantageous- Proficiency in English language teaching- Strong tutoring skills to support students in their academic development- Ability to educate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and abilities- Effective behaviour management skills to create a conducive learning environment
