My Client is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist, To join their L&D team reporting into the Strategic Projects Lead, People Culture. Hybrid working L&D Specialist Cambridge shire areaMain Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training to colleagues across the business on a variety of topics including induction, technical, soft skills, and e-learning as required.
- Work collaboratively across the business to update/maintain training materials to keep them in line with organisational requirements.
- As needed consult with external suppliers to ensure high quality Learning & Development experiences.
- To implement the Learning and Development strategy, including Development Needs Analysis, Personal Development Planning and, talent and succession planning.
- Update and maintain the administration within Learning & Development, including the learning management system.
Candidate Profile:
- Level 3 L&D qualification completed (CIPD advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years design and delivery experience
- Able to establish close working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Able to adapt communication style across all levels of stakeholder.
- Able to deliver on full development cycle and to guide less experienced colleagues.
- Cheerful outlook and ‘can-do’ mindset
- Genuinely enthusiastic about developing people.
- Future focused, professional, and engaging.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practice.
