We are currently seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team, starting in September and continuing until January 2025.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide support and assistance to children across all age groups in various educational settings.

- Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.

- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.

- Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development, fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.

- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional help to reach their full potential.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic needs of students are met.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, and contribute to ongoing assessment and evaluation processes.

Requirements:

- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) essential.

- Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.

- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to adapt and respond to the varying needs of students, using initiative and creativity to support their learning.
