Land & New Homes Account Manager

Matthew Olivers are recruiting a Land & New Homes individual to join an ambitious and well driven Independent agency to join their market leading team. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with both clients and customers.

As a L&NH Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Assist with Market Appraisals and pricing up units
• Book and conduct viewings, providing feedback and update to clients
• Marketing plans & launching developments to market
• Social media lead, managing various channels
• Generate and win new business for land and new homes

You will have the following skills / experience:

• Estate Agency experience, don't need direct experience within new homes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach to inspire the team

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

OTE: £35,000 +

Use of a Pool Car
