About the Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to join a high-performing engineering team, working on advanced software solutions for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable software in C/C++, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Develop user interfaces using HTML, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Work with Linux-based systems, configuring and optimising for performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in C/C++.
• Experience leading or mentoring software teams.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and real-world system development.
• Familiarity with Linux systems and configuration.
• Experience with network security, signal processing, or data-intensive applications is highly desirable.
• Must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) and Developed Vetting (DV), including UK residency for the last 10 years.
