LEAD DATA ANALYST - LONDON

UP TO £80,000

THE COMPANY

We are supporting a high-growth agency within the sports industry on a key lead-level analyst hire.

THE ROLE

The successful Lead Data Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Conduct audits of company data environments, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics and KPIs
• Lead the creation of bespoke analytics projects such as ticket pricing models, RFM segmentations, LTV analyses, and more
• Manage and mentor a team member (Analyst) to support project delivery and skill development
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analytics solutions

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Lead Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with Google Analytics, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and web/app analytics
• Strong skills in dashboarding and reporting tools, preferably Power BI (flexibility for other tools if proficient)
• Demonstrated experience in building bespoke analytics projects such as segmentations, LTV models, churn analyses, and pricing strategies

THE BENEFITS

The successful Lead Data Analyst will receive a salary of up to £80,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
