What you'll do:

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our client's leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be managing the Data Engineering Team that handles vast amounts of data daily. You will have the opportunity to shape engineering solutions, ensuring they are scalable and future-proof. Collaborating with various business functions, you will help drive work solutions and direction. Your role will also involve identifying key insights from patient feedback to aid healthcare providers. Staying abreast of new developments in data engineering will be crucial for success in this role.

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Lead Data Engineer position, you bring a wealth of experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and future-proofing secure data processes in AWS. Your proven leadership skills enable you to identify best practices independently while coaching your team effectively. You possess a knack for designing fast, scalable, user-friendly data flows and storage solutions. Your strong SQL (Postgres) and Python skills coupled with your understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, different data processing methods make you stand out. Additionally, your experience with CI/CD pipelines and implementing automated testing measures will be invaluable in this role.
