We are working with a leading product company who are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to provide strategic and technical leadership for a team of data scientists. The individual will lead the technical vision and delivery of ML/AI initiatives and identify solutions that address business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Data Scientists
• Design and oversee ML solutions
• Drive MLOps best practices
• Build and recruit a team
• Provide strategic leadership
• Communicate with stakeholders on complex data findings

Requirements:

• Leadership / Management experience
• Strong understanding of MLOps
• 5+ years Data Science + ML Ops experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• CI/CD, DevOps
• Python, R and SQL
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
