Lead Facilities Support - Compass Group UK : Job Details

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Lead Facilities Support to help ensure the smooth running of the operations on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

• Oversee and ensure timely completion of all mailroom operations (stationary stock management/deliveries goods in/out)
• Provide regular updates to line manager
• Maintain records
• Inspections of meeting room set ups
• Space planning – updating of records
• People moves
• Furniture moves
• Furniture repairs
• Assist M&E team where required
• On-call ROTA

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
• Team player and can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
• Full clean UK driving licence 
• Electrical awareness
• Legionella awareness
• Manual handling
• Ability to work at height
• Health and safety awareness
