Lead Finance Business Partner

A Local Authority in West London are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner on an Interim basis. Spencer Clarke Group are working with the client to find the successful candidate.

What's on offer:

• Rates: £516 -£650 per day, inside IR35.

*Negotiable based on experience

• Hybrid working 2 days in office pw
• Contract type: Contract (37 hrs a week)
• Interim 6 months ongoing
• Hours: 09:00 -17:00

About the role:

Leading a team of two Finance Business Partners and two Assistant Finance Business Partners, the role will support the Council with the strategic overview and direction of the capital programme for both the General Fund and HRA.

Based in the West London (Hybrid):

Responsibilities:

• The role will be focused initially on budget monitoring for the last quarter of the year and preparing for year end close down.
• the role will support the Council with the strategic overview and direction of the capital programme for both the General Fund and HRA.

About you:You will have the following experience:

• CCAB qualified or equivalent.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of Capital Accounting and Financial Modelling.
• Experiene in a similar role within Local Authority.
