Lead Firmware/Software Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implementing processes to enhance development efficiency.
• Leading the team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Coordinating projects, setting deadlines, and keeping everything on track.
• Engaging with third parties & stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Tech Stack:

• Embedded & Firmware: Strong C programming with Nordic nRF52/Silabs EFR32 SoCs.
• Backend: Java development for backend systems.
• IoT & Connectivity: Wireless & wired IoT, serial protocol analysis, MQTT, HTTP, Bluetooth.
• Version Control & Documentation: Git/GitHub, thorough code documentation, and requirement gathering.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):

• Linux/Embedded Linux/RTOS experience.
• Python or other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Nordic, AVR, Espressif, or Silabs chipsets/SDKs.
