New role for a GERMAN speaking New Business Lead Generator & Appointment Setter to work for a prestigious manufacturing business based in West Sussex. This business has won several major awards , is highly profitable and in this role you will be taken on to generate leads and set appointments for a field sales team that is based in Germany & Austria. The role involves outbound calling , lead generating and qualifying sales opportunities . You will spend a lot of time on the phone and also will meet clients at trade shows

TITLE : GERMAN Lead Generator Appointment setter

TEAM: sales & marketing team

Salary : to £35,000 + OTE ( on year one this is likely to bring earnings to about £60,000 and could be much more as commissions are uncapped)

Sector : Manufacturing equipment

Start date: January 2025

Location West Sussex

Work style : Hybrid with just 2 days in the office ( or less) . Friday as a half day for the whole company

Duties

• Working from a leads list of thousands of contacts you will proactively Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across Germany and Austria
• You will be working to targets of 10 appointments per week on behalf of the field sales team that is based in the DACH region ( this translates to about 30 outbound dials per day to clients)
• Attend trade shows in Germany and the UK in order to building strong relationships with prospects, put a " face to the name" and generate referrals
• Work with the marketing team and create direct marketing campaigns to help support BD efforts

Requirements

• lead generation experience,
• Fluent German;
• Own transport. The office is a 3 mile walk/drive or a cycle-ride from the station in the countryside
• The company will consider applicants looking for 100% remote work
