Lead Java Developer - Perm £80k - Retail Customer Loyalty - Lorien : Job Details

A UK leading Fashion Retailer are looking to hire a Lead Java Developer to joined a talented Product Team for their customer loyalty and mobile experience!

As a Technical Lead your focus will be to support and guide the cross-functional development team through-out the end to end process such as making architectural decisions. You will be working on projects such as; developing apps for IOS, improving mobile payments, integration services for rewards programme.

The projects will be a blend of building greenfield services and enhancement to existing services.

Working closely with the Product Manager, you will advise the product team to under technical complexity of potential improvements and aid capacity planning within the team.

Salary: £70,000-£80,000 + car allowance

Location: 1x per week to Central London

Experience:

• Must have Senior Experience (5+ years) in Java using Spring Boot Framework
• Proven experience working closely with product teams (side by side with Product Manager) - essential requirement
• Proven experience of leading, supporting and mentoring a Development team
• Previous experience working within; E-commerce or Retail or Fashion/Apparel
• Desirable experience of improving or building a customer loyalty program/products
• Desirable experience with SAP Commerce/SAP Hybris
