Salary- 48k-52KMy client is a global leading maintenance provider, and they are looking for an Maintenance Engineer to join their team in LondonExperiences On The Following Equipment Are Required* PPM and Reactive Maintenance.* Emergency Lighting* Sprinkler systems* Lamp changing* AHU's & FCU's* Cooling Towers* General Building maintenance* Pump experience* Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in all building services, in particular - UPS's, transfer switches, PLC systems, critical cooling systems, water treatment, refrigeration systems and HV/LV electrical infrastructureThe ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Maintenance which consist of the following:* 18th Edition* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations* Testing & Inspecting 2391* Building Maintenance Experience* Client facing
