Now, they're looking for a passionate individual to lead the planning function and contribute to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload with support from Directors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with the architectural team, contributing to design and planning approaches.
• Deliver expert planning advice and guide projects through varied sectors, including care homes, residential developments, industrial buildings, barn conversions, and more.

What You'll Need:

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• A client-focused mindset with the ability to foster meaningful relationships.
• The confidence to take ownership of the Planning Department and drive it forward.
