Lead QA Engineer - Arc IT Recruitment : Job Details

Lead QA Test Analyst/Lead QA Engineer  Successful Fintech company who provide cutting-edge systems to the Banking and Financial Services sector are seeking a skilled Lead QA Engineer to become a member of their vibrant team and help them achieve their data-driven goals.  Our client are currently putting together a new Team to work on an exciting new products and it is absolutely essential for successful candidates to be able to start before Christmas.  Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of extensive QA experience
• Proven leadership in recent roles
• Strong understanding of full testing and software development lifecycles
• Extensive experience working in agile environments
• Must have test automation expertise
• Experience with shift-left testing strategies is a plus
• Strong proficiency in testing .NET backend services and JavaScript frontend applications
• Experience with performance, load, and scale testing in cloud environments
• This is a 50/50 leadership/strategy and hands-on role
• Should also have experience with performance, load and scale testing within cloud environments.

  Ideally you will come from a financial services, payments or insurance background.   This opportunity will be remote with limited London office travel, 2 consecutive days every 3 months in the London office but if you can attend more all the better.   Competitive salary up to £85kPre Christmas Start is required.Remote working
