We also participate in the Great Place to Work for Veterans initiative and encourage applications from individuals with unspent convictions.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Software Engineer, you will:Lead development of digital services using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Azure stack (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, AI Search, Azure App Services, Function Apps).Work in a multi-disciplinary agile team, collaborating with stakeholders.Provide technical support and mentorship to engineers.Ensure interoperability, efficiency, and sustainability of digital products.Promote modern development practices (BDD, TDD, CI/CD, DevOps).Advocate for user-centric, agile delivery. Maintain high-security standards, with knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
