Learning and Development Advisor

Frazer Jones have partnered with a leading Law Firm who believe in empowering their employees to reach their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the company. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join their team.

This will be a perm role paying circa £45,000

Responsibilities

Coordinate Learning Activities

  • Manage end-to-end learning activities, including course creation, enrolment management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Implement and optimise learning management systems to streamline the learning process.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of training programs, maintaining high engagement and participation levels.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with HR, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and External Training Providers to identify learning and development needs.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to define clear learning objectives and goals aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Establish effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about ongoing learning initiatives.

Learning Program Design:

  • Provide support to SMEs in the design of effective learning programs.
  • Develop comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational objectives and address identified needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of learning programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on program design and coordination.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
