Description

• Designing and delivering training programmes for new hires and existing staff
• Working closely with management to identify training needs
• Assisting in the creation of personal development plans
• Monitoring employee performance and response to training
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and recommending improvements
• Supporting the continuous learning and development of all staff
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
• Promoting a culture of learning within the company

Profile

A successful Learning and Development Coach should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a coaching or training role within the recruitment consultancy industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate individuals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• A passion for continuous learning and development
