Job Description :
Learning and Development Consultant – Global / Strategy Focused(Senior / Director Level) An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global financial services company who are currently recruiting for a strategic leader within Learning and Development. This is a strategic and global position. In this role you will collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to shape, develop and deliver L&D strategies globally. Role and Responsibilities: 
  • Create and implement learning and development strategies and programs globally, understanding the medium- and long-term growth plans.
  • To assess individual and organisational development needs, identify skill gaps and future learning requirements globally.
  • Track learning effectiveness, including recording, reporting and analysis of training records.
  • Assess the success of development plans and to work with employees and managers to support career development.
  • Supply accurate management information to the Executive team and any other stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Forecast current and future learning and development costs, advise on the right course of action.
  • E-learning platform content; ensuring access is maintained and that the material is relevant.
  • Keep abreast of latest learning and development products and approaches.
  • Onboarding of employees, support the global team when necessary.
  • Management of external learning funded by the organisation such as apprenticeships, certifications, and other funded opportunities.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experiened in developing and delivering global L&D strategies 
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing L&D strategies in a growing team
  • Experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Sufficiently developed analytical skills with the ability to analyse a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions and make recommendations in a clear, concise and easily understandable manner.
  • Highly numerate with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Resourceful, innovative and proactive self-starter.
Rate:
  • Inside IR35 
  • Rate Depending on experience 
  • 6 Months intial term
