Learning and Development Coordinator - Huntress : Job Details

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join a growing professional services firm based in Leeds City Centre, ideal for a candidate from a Training, Learning and Development Coordination or IT Teaching experience in Education.

Salary: £32,000

Location: LS1 - Hybrid 2 days in the office 3 days WFH

The role:

• Develop and deliver engaging training content to support colleagues across all departments, both in-person and virtually
• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring our training solutions are tailored to the evolving needs of the firm.
• Lead interactive workshops to foster learning and development across the firm.
• Oversee the management of content on the Learning Management System
• Coordinate all stakeholders, including project management, HR, recruitment and IT
• Evaluation and Reporting, data and analytics of training initiatives

Experience/skills required:

• Learning and development experience of both face to face and virtual training
• IT Training
• Teaching ideally IT related
• Proactive, self starter, passionate
