Learning & Development Compliance Officer - Creative Support Ltd : Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity to join our recently awarded Platinum Investors in People Creative Academy as a Learning & Development Compliance Officer. The role will be to support the senior team in ensuring the organisation is compliant with regulatory and internal policies in accordance with educational standards.

The Learning & Development Compliance Officer will work closely with the Head of Engagement and Learning, Executive Team, and Board of Trustees to uphold national training standards and ensure compliance across all learning and development initiatives. The role also encompasses auditing, internal and external verification, content development, and standardisation of accredited qualifications and training delivery.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a Human Resources/Learning & Development-related environment and experience of working with quality assurance processes.
