We are recruiting an Learning & Development Specialist to partner with the business and to deliver our learning and development strategy on a 12 month fixed term contract and on a full or part time basis (minimum 21 hours per week).

What will you be doing?
Reporting into the HR Manager you will partner with all areas of the business to ensure Newbury Building Society retains and develops skilled, enabled and engaged employees.

We are based in the centre of Newbury and hybrid working expectations are a minimum of 40% of your time based in our head office. In return we offer a full time equivalent salary up to £34,500.
