Leading Wealth Manager

18-Month Fixed-Term Contract

My client is seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer to join theirteam. As a Trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate market-leading training programs to enhance the professional development of their client-facing advisers.

You will design and deliver engaging training interventions to build skills and confidence. You will also lead training sessions and workshops for wealth management professionals. Additionally, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and senior leadership to ensure training content is relevant and effective. Finally, you will evaluate the impact of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in professional services, wealth management, or training and development is preferred.
