Learning Resource Facilitator

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Resource Facilitator to join our team. This role involves supporting students and staff, managing resources, and maintaining an effective learning environment.

Location- Paddington

Hours- full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with issuing and returning resources (e.g., books, laptops, journals).
• Create a study-friendly environment.
• Provide support for learning materials, IT skills, and facilities.
• Deliver inductions and user guidance.
• Manage clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and stock-taking.
• Handle payments for fines, photocopying, and learning materials.
• Maintain and reorder stationery and supplies.
• Work independently during evenings as needed.
• Collaborate with the Learning Centre team to enhance services.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Level 3 qualification (e.g., A Levels, BTEC National Diploma, or equivalent).
• Experience in a library or education setting.
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
