Role Overview:As a Learning Support Assistant specialising in behaviour management, you will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to provide targeted support for pupils who need additional guidance in managing their behaviour. You will play a key role in helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment across all age groups.
