This full-time, long-term role offers a fantastic opportunity for graduates aspiring to build careers in Clinical or Educational Psychology, or for those wanting to work with children with additional needs.
The Role:
- Providing tailored 1-to-1 support for children with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Supporting students with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioural challenges
- Assisting the specialist provision team in delivering structured and creative learning experiences
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
What We're Looking For:
- Recent graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or Drama (BSc/BA/MSc/MA)
- Passionate about supporting children with additional needs and SEN
- Ideal for candidates aiming to progress into Clinical or Educational Psychology
- Interest or experience in working with children with behavioural challenges or autism
- Experience in a care setting or SEN school is desirable but not essential
- Patient, resilient, and enthusiastic about making a positive difference
