Learning Support Assistant - Northampton, Northamptonshire - Immediate start - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience

Tradewind is working with a Primary School in Northampton to appoint Learning Support Assistants to work with students with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2!

*** LSA's - Northampton, Northamptonshire - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience

Key Responsibilities - LSA - Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Provide support on a 1:1 basis and in a whole class setting with SEN students
• Work closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student
• The students react well with calm and supportive individuals who are able help them understand the lessons

About you - Learning Support Assistant - Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Relevant qualifications or previous experience working in a classroom setting
• SEN experience is desirable
• Have a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs, contributing to their academic and social growth
• Be able to work with students of differing disabilities and behavioural needs
• Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm
