Job Opportunity: LSA (SEND Advocate) (Term-Time Only)

Location: Aylesbury or High Wycombe

Salary: Working pay £17,136.54 plus Holiday pay £2,504.57 (FTE £23,450.00 per annum)

Are you passionate about supporting students to thrive in their education? We are working on behalf of a respected Further Education college with campuses in Aylesbury and Wycombe, seeking dedicated SEND Advocates to provide essential support to learners.

About the Role:As a SEND Advocate, you will:

• Assist students in accessing the curriculum and working effectively with tutors.
• Support students in achieving their qualifications and reaching their full potential.
• Help students develop independence and essential work-related skills.
• 1:1 support of students with SEN or additional learning needs

Essential:

• L2 English/Maths
• LSA/TA experience/Knowledge of post 16 education
• SEN knowledge and experience
• DBS on the US or willing to obtain
