Learning Support Assistant - About the Role:

• Full-time Learning Support Assistant position in a Year 2 class
• Lead small-group interventions to support pupil progress
• Provide 1:1 support, particularly for pupils with SEN
• Work closely with teachers to enhance learning outcomes
• A rewarding Learning Support Assistant role with development opportunities

Learning Support Assistant - Requirements:

• TA experience with a strong understanding of interventions
• Passion for supporting SEN children and primary education
• Must be available full-time and ready to start immediately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and committed Learning Support Assistant
