Your role as a Learning Support Assistant - Kingswood

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students who need extra help in the classroom.

• Support students with special educational needs or those facing personal challenges.

Who we're looking for

• Passionate about education and helping young people succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, patient, and able to support students in a positive and encouraging way.
