Position: Learning Support AssistantLocation: Secondary School, North London

About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting students' academic and personal development within a vibrant and inclusive secondary school setting. You'll collaborate with teachers to provide personalized assistance to students with varying educational needs, ensuring they thrive and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of tailored learning activities.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to fully engage with the curriculum.
• Track and report student progress to teachers and SEN coordinators.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive classroom setting.

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar educational role is a plus, but not required.
• A passion for working with young people and helping them achieve.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students.
