Role Summary:

A Tier One European Investment Bank is seeking a Learning & Talent Analyst for 12 months to support learning operations and talent development initiatives, aligning with business strategies. This role involves managing learning systems, coordinating resourcing activities, and supporting various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Talent Development:

  • Identify and implement learning solutions.
  • Champion change and digital innovation.
  • Coordinate with external providers for training delivery.
  • Organize in-house training and events.
  • Analyse feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Support career development initiatives.

Learning Operations:

  • Manage learning and study requests.
  • Track and promote online learning.
  • Monitor training budgets and expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate training records.

Financial Analysis:

  • Reconcile financial reports and process invoices.
  • Track and manage training-related expenditures.

Marketing & Communication:

  • Collaborate with the communications team to promote learning initiatives.
  • Update intranet pages and learning management systems.
  • Plan and promote annual training events.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Support recruitment activities for senior positions.
  • Manage internal and external job postings.
  • Coordinate student fairs and apprenticeship programs.
  • Lead intern development programs.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for HR activities.
  • Participate in local and global HR projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Learning & Development qualification (CIPD preferred).
  • Experience with HRIS/LMS platforms.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI, and data analytics.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
