Horizon Care & Education is seeking a dedicated Property Lease Manager to oversee our expanding property portfolio. As a key member of our Facilities and Estates team, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our leasehold properties. What youll get to do: - Negotiate and manage lease terms for new and existing properties. - Source and acquire suitable leasehold properties for our organisation. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations related to property and tenancy management. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal property performance. - Provide administrative support for property-related tasks, including asset information, sales, acquisitions, and lease renewals. - Develop and implement a personalised lease strategy for the organisation. - Maintain accurate records of lease and title documents. What were looking for from you: - Minimum of 3 years experience of managing new commercial lease negotiations and renewals - Natural problem solver with a solution-focused mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - At least 2 years of experience in tenancy and property management. - A team player who is equally comfortable working independently. - Willing to travel to sites where required. - Association of Residential Letting Agents Level 3 qualification is desirable.
