Lease Exit Surveyor - MRICS Building Surveyor - Dilaps - EC PROPERTY RECRUITMENT LTD : Job Details

A world leading property consultancy is looking for an MRICS Surveyor to join their Lease Exit team in the West End. You will be coming from a chartered Building Surveyor background and have strong experience within dilapidations, property inspections and be able to handle negotiations confidently.

This is a highly specialist role where you will become respected nationally within the service. The role is highly client focused and you will work closely with exiting landlords and tenants as well as negotiating with high net worth property owners.

50% of the FTSE 100 has done or does work with this team so you will be saving well-known companies large amounts of money and being handsomely rewarded for doing so through profit shares and bonuses. You’ll save these blue chip clients’ money through a thorough understanding of dilapidations and the costs involved. You will then negotiate the best deal on behalf of your client to get the most cost effective exit strategy.

Coming in to this role from a Building Surveying background you are expected to have strong experience working on dilapidations, schedules of work and property inspections. But in the role you will receive industry leading, internal training to get you up to speed on; analysing leases, lease surrender calculations and negotiations.
