This highly regarded Legal 100 firm is expanding and looking for a talented Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, across the property sector.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Deal with leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions for landlords and tenant clients
• Handle the drafting and reviewing of titles, reports, land transfers and other related documentation
• Support team growth, collaborating with the partners and assisting other team members as needed
• Work closely with high profile clients in the property sector

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• A minimum of 1 PQE
• Experience in lease extensions & enfranchisement
