A college in Aberdare is seeking a Lecturer in Vocational Access to cover the Entry Level 3 Construction course. This temporary position involves working with learners who have behavioural needs. The role is full-time and will be based at the Aberdare and Rhondda campuses. No prior construction knowledge is required.

• Deliver educational content related to the Entry Level 3 Construction course.
• Engage and support learners with behavioural needs, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and provide feedback to help them achieve their educational goals.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to enhance teaching materials and methods.

• Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) as an FE Teacher.
• A recognised Teaching Qualification.
• Proven experience working with students who have behavioural needs.
