Hours: full time, office based

A fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant. Working at this boutique law firm in Bingley you will be supporting a Conveyancer. Excellent long term career progression. This is a Client focussed role. This is a supportive and friendly working environment.

Daily Duties

• Client care ensuring Clients are updated during all stages of the conveyancing process face to face, over the phone and via email
• Onboarding Clients, AML checks, providing quotes
• Liaison with Agents, Brokers and Solicitors during the conveyancing process
• Using the Land Registry portal
• Drafting documents
• Opening files on the case management system.

Skills and required

• At least 6 months experience in residential conveyancing as a legal assistant or legal secretary
