Legal Assistant or Administrator - Private Client
£26-29k and fully office-based

A well-established Surrey law firm is looking for a Legal Assistant or Administrator to join its busy private client team. In this role, you'll manage client files, draft key legal documents like Lasting Powers of Attorney, and handle wills, probate, and trusts. You’ll also liaise with clients over the phone, in person, and via correspondence, while providing essential administrative support.
Ideal candidates should have at least six months of experience as a private client paralegal or administrator, with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Familiarity with case management systems and a passion for private client law are essential.
